    How to do it

    1. Drop the batch

Up to 30 images, any mix of common formats.

    2. Combine the settings

Format, quality, size, rotation and watermark apply together, always in the same order.

    3. Download the ZIP

One archive for the whole batch, or each image separately.

    The order of operations

When several settings are active, they always apply in this order: camera orientation, rotation and flip, resizing, watermark, then encoding in the chosen format. The watermark is therefore proportional to the final image size.

    A batch example

A folder of 6,000 px DSLR photos to publish on a website: longest side 1,920 px, WebP format, 80% quality, watermark with your name at the bottom right. The result fits in one ZIP archive, ready to send.

    Frequently asked questions

How many images can I process at once?

Up to 30. Images are processed in small groups to keep the browser responsive.

    Are file names preserved?

Yes, with the "imageoptimizer" suffix and the new extension. In the ZIP archive, a number is added for duplicates.

What happens if an image fails?

It is flagged with the reason, and the others carry on. You download the ones that succeeded.

Is there a limit for the ZIP archive?

The archive is built in your browser: it depends on your device memory. For images processed by the server, the archive is limited to 300 MB.
