    How to do it

    1. Drop your TIFF files

.tif or .tiff files, up to 30 at once, 25 MB maximum each.

    2. Set the quality

90% keeps scans and photos faithful. Lower it for lighter files.

    3. Download the JPGs

One by one or as a ZIP archive.

    Why convert TIFF to JPG

TIFF is a reference format for scanning, printing and archiving: it often stores images without compression, which makes files of tens of megabytes. Browsers do not display it, many websites refuse it, and it is too heavy for email. JPG divides the size by 10 or more for a result that looks the same on screen.

Keep your TIFF originals for archiving and printing; use the JPG copies to share.

    Good to know

    • Browsers cannot read TIFF, so files are converted on our server and deleted automatically within 30 minutes.
    • Multi-page TIFFs: only the first page is converted.
    • Transparent areas, if any, are filled with the background color you choose.
