PNG or JPG for PDF pages?
Choose PNG for pages made of text, tables, charts and diagrams: edges stay perfectly sharp and the file is often light because there are few colors. Choose PDF to JPG for pages full of photos, where JPG gives much smaller files.

The PDF is rendered by pdf.js, Mozilla's PDF engine, in your browser. The document never leaves your device. Pages get a white background, like in a PDF reader.
